Reserve a Christmas Tree
Christmas in the Garden is a unique opportunity to showcase your business or organization to the community through a Christmas tree display in the garden. Sponsors will have their own 7-foot, artificial tree on the Christmas trail to decorate, This will include a sign that bears your organization's name and logo (or business card). If you don't have a logo to upload we will use the event logo as shown in the example sign here.
Reservations will be open through November 24 or until the trees are sold out if sooner.

Decorate your tree
After reserving your tree, check these guidelines for important decorating info! Thank you for participating in this year’s Christmas in the Garden!
Tree Decorating Days:
Saturday, December 9 through Tuesday, December 12 from 9 AM to 4 PM
Electric power will be provided at each tree for your LED lights. The trees will be powered up on the decoration days and then on a scheduled timer thereafter, You should not need any extension cords as part of your supplied decorations.
Supplies to bring:
LED lights ONLY. No exceptions. This must be checked by a HBG representative before you begin decorating.
Decorations must be able to withstand outdoor conditions, wind and rain.
Zip-ties, pipe cleaners, string, or other ties to secure your decorations are recommended.
You may want to bring a step ladder. Trees range in height up to 7 feet tall.
When you arrive at the Garden...
On the Tree Selection Day, the check-in table will be set up at the entrance. Please check-in to receive your tree sign.
You will "claim" your tree with your sign.
BRING YOUR LIGHTS. Your LED lights must be checked before decorating your tree.
Decorating tips & rules:
A single 110v outlet is provided at each tree for your LED lights. No extension cords should be needed.
Make sure your decorations are rain and wind safe. Trees will be standing outside in the elements for over 30 days.
Secure ornaments to trees using zip ties, pipe cleaner, string, wire or other ties. Ornament hooks will fall off in the wind.
Do not use water-soluble glue on ornaments.
Spray any fabrics with Scotch Guard to prevent mildew.
Please make sure to have an outdoor-rated LED lights. This will help to make that process go smoothly. Thank you!
An HBG representative will check trees daily and will notify you of any lights or decorations that need to be maintained.
You have until December 12, to complete the decorations.
Tree Take-Down Days
Participants may collect any decorations they wish to keep from their tree on December 27 - 30, before the trees are taken down.
